Join Live From My Living Room, my live online strength coaching program held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 a.m. PST.
I coach every session live from Southeast Portland, helping you build strength, move better, and maintain a sustainable training routine that fits real life.
For over 6 years, I’ve led nearly 1,000 live online coaching sessions, building a long-standing community across Portland, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond. Rather than offering a large schedule of interchangeable classes, the program focuses on progressive strength training, personalized coaching, and long-term support.
What This Is
This is not a studio class schedule or a rotating group fitness platform.
It’s a structured, progressive strength coaching program that I lead personally. I coach every session live and guide your training over time.
Each session is designed to help you:

Why Three Sessions Per Week?
Live From My Living Room is intentionally built around three coached sessions each week.
Rather than offering a large schedule of interchangeable classes, I focus on delivering consistent, progressive strength coaching within a structured program.
I personally coach every session, design the programming, and provide ongoing support between classes. The goal is not to attend as many classes as possible—it's to build strength, stay consistent, and make meaningful progress over time.

Attend up to 2 live classes per week.

Additional classes: $15 drop-in rate.
Members can move between Full Access and Flex memberships as their schedule changes, with all options designed around consistent weekly training rather than short-term adjustments.

If You Miss a Class
Life happens—travel, work, illness, and unexpected schedules.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll have access to recorded coached sessions so you can stay consistent.
These follow the same programming structure used in live classes, helping you stay on track even when you’re away.
The goal is consistency over perfection.
Coaching Beyond the Class
Many members also use this as an ongoing coaching relationship.
