A Structured Coaching Program
Live From My Living Room is a live coached training program where you build strength, movement quality, and overall fitness through consistent, guided sessions.
Each workout is part of an ongoing progression that combines strength training with mobility, balance, core work, conditioning, and endurance training.
The goal is not simply to complete workouts — it is to develop the physical qualities that help you move better and stay capable in everyday life.

Consistent Coaching Plan
$150/month
Designed for building routine, structure, and long-term consistency.
This option is for people who want to train within a steady weekly rhythm and stay closely aligned with the full program.
Includes:
✔ Access to all live Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions
✔ Full participation in progressive programming
✔ Recorded sessions when you miss a class
✔ Highest level of weekly structure and accountability
Recommended for: establishing a consistent 3x/week training habit
Flexible Coaching Plan
$100/month
Designed for maintaining structured training with lighter weekly attendance.
This option gives you access to the full coaching program while training at a lower weekly frequency.
Includes:
✔ Access to all live coached sessions
✔ Same progressive training program
✔ Recorded sessions when needed
✔ Typically up to 2 classes per week based on your schedule
Recommended for: maintaining strength and consistency with a lighter weekly commitment
Drop-In Coaching Session
$15/class
Best for trying a session or attending occasionally.
Includes:
✔ One live coached strength session
✔ Full participation in the current training program
✔ Exposure to the coaching style and structure
If You Miss a Session
If you are unable to attend live due to travel, work, illness, or scheduling conflicts, recorded sessions are available so you can stay aligned with the training.
The goal is consistency over perfection.
Extended Time Away
Plans are designed to support long-term consistency and are not typically paused for routine travel or short-term schedule changes.
In the event of a significant injury, surgery, illness, or extended absence, membership pauses may be available. Please reach out if you believe a pause may be appropriate for your situation.
Coaching Beyond the Class
This program is designed as an ongoing coaching relationship, not just a weekly workout.
