More Than an Online Workout

Live From My Living Room isn't a follow-along workout video.

It's an ongoing coaching program.

Each class builds on the last, helping you develop strength, improve movement, and create a routine you can maintain over time.

We'll work on strength, mobility, balance, core stability, and conditioning—not because we need to do everything at once, but because those qualities help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.

The goal isn't simply to finish another workout.

It's to enjoy training, keep showing up, and continue getting stronger.

What Makes This Different?

Every session is coached live, so you're never left wondering if you're doing something correctly.

Each class includes:

✔ Real-time coaching and movement instruction

✔ Exercise options for different experience levels

✔ Progressive programming that builds over time

✔ Strength, mobility, balance, and conditioning

✔ A welcoming environment where everyone trains at their own pace

You're not expected to keep up with anyone else.

You're simply encouraged to keep showing up and making progress.

What a Typical Class Looks Like

Each session begins with a warm-up to prepare you for the day's training.

From there, we'll move through the strength work together, with coaching, demonstrations, and options throughout the class.

Everyone is working toward the same goal: becoming a little stronger and more confident than they were yesterday.

Weekly Training Schedule

Monday • Wednesday • Friday
7:00 a.m. PST

Three sessions each week provide enough structure to help you build consistency while still fitting into a busy life.

Can't make every class?

Recorded sessions are available so you can stay on track when travel, work, or life gets in the way.

Is This Program Right for You?

Live From My Living Room is a great fit if you:

✔ Want more structure in your week

✔ Like being coached instead of figuring workouts out on your own

✔ Appreciate clear instruction and movement guidance

✔ Enjoy the encouragement of training alongside other people

✔ Want flexibility to work at your own pace

You don't need previous strength training experience.

You don't need to already be "in shape."

You just need a willingness to show up.

Coaching Beyond the Class

One of the advantages of a live coaching program is that the support doesn't end when class does.

Members are welcome to reach out with questions about:

  • Exercises and modifications

  • Training consistency

  • Building healthy habits

  • General guidance related to the program

My goal is to help you continue moving forward—not just during class, but between classes as well.

Looking for More Individualized Coaching?

Some people love the energy and community of group coaching.

Others eventually want a program designed specifically around their goals or circumstances.

If you're looking for fully individualized programming, more detailed technique coaching, or one-on-one support, Personal Strength Coaching may be the better fit.

How Live From My Living Room Began

The class started during the early days of the pandemic, when people suddenly lost access to gyms, routines, and the communities that helped keep them active.

What began as a way to stay connected has grown into a supportive coaching community that's been helping people build strength and consistency for more than six years.

The name has stayed the same, but the mission hasn't changed:

Helping people build strength, move well, and enjoy the process.
