I continue to be a student of applied science, fitness, kinesiology, nutrition, and psychology. The people I meet and work with every day continue to inspire me. I enjoy training and coaching all types of individuals in everything from setting nutritional goals, building strength, improving endurance, working on core stability and balance, whether working private one-on-one sessions, working with couples and small groups, or in larger group fitness settings.
I've worked with everyone from teens to octogenarians, beginners to athletes, pre and post-natal clients, pre and post-menopausal clients, clients recovering from injuries, post-surgery, physical therapy, addiction, cancer, stroke, trauma, as well as clients managing MS and Parkinson's disease. No matter your background, gender, age, experience, perceived abilities, or goals, I'll do my very best to meet you wherever you are.
