FITNESS CLASSES

Online fitness classes live every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 a.m. PST. Full body programs for all levels to challenge your balance, endurance, and strength. Or try out video on-demand content to stream at your convenience.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Online or in-person, private sessions designed to help motivate and educate you, keep you accountable and consistent, and safely guide you to reach your fitness goals.

NUTRITION COACHING

Are you uncertain how to adjust your nutrition to accommodate your fitness goals? Are you trying to lose weight, gain muscle, change your body composition, or just make healthier choices? Let me help you learn how to get on and stay on the right track.

CUSTOMIZED PLANS

Sometimes all you need is someone to point you in the right direction. Work with me to design a total fitness plan that will help you reach your wellness goals.
